Account System Rework

We have recently reworked the JZWSite Account System to streamline with the new SSO System.

During this rework, we had to remove the inactive accounts to simplify the migration and ensure consistency between our legacy account store and the new SSO platform. However, we have also accidentally removed accounts that are not connected to any services. We are currently investigating those cases, will notify affected users by email (if provided), and will provide support to recover access where appropriate.

Accounts that are connected to JZWSite Dash remain active and are not removed. To ensure security, users are required to reset their password via the reset page to continue accessing their JZWSite account.

We also sincerely apologise that the removal of inactive accounts was not announced ahead of time and it should have been announced before this rework.
