2. Application Forms and Analytics

2.1 When you view an application form on JZWSite, we may collect analytics data including your session identifier, IP address, browser information, referrer URL, and device type. This data is used to understand form engagement and is not used to personally identify you.

2.2 When you submit an application form, we collect the responses you provide, including any files you upload. This data is stored securely and is accessible to you and to authorised administrators.

2.3 Application submissions may be reviewed with the assistance of AI tools to provide feedback. AI-generated reviews are used solely to assist in processing and are subject to human oversight.

3. Connected Applications and OAuth

3.1 JZWSite offers an OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect service that allows third-party applications to request access to certain account information (such as your username, email, and roles) with your explicit consent.

3.2 When you authorise a connected application, we record the connection including which scopes you approved, when the connection was made, and when it was last used.

3.3 You may view and revoke connected applications at any time through your account settings.

3.4 If you are a developer who creates a service on JZWSite, you are responsible for how you handle any user data obtained through the OAuth system, in accordance with your own privacy obligations.

3.5 Some JZWSite services may send data to external services (such as messaging platforms or custom endpoints) for notification purposes as configured by administrators. JZWSite is not responsible for how external services handle data received through these integrations.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 JZWSite may use third-party services to support its operations, such as email delivery and content delivery networks. These services may process limited information (such as your email address or IP address) as necessary to provide their functionality. We do not sell your information to any third-party companies.

4.2 JZWSite may contain links to other websites or third-party websites. Privacy practices may differ on other sites, and JZWSite is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. 7.2 If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so through your account settings. Please note that any data previously shared with external applications through OAuth is not under JZWSite's control and may be retained by those applications.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% completely secure transmission via the Internet or electronic storage solution.
