In these terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to the site "JZWSite".
By continuing to use this website or service, you have acknowledged and agreed to the following terms. If not, please discontinue using our website or services.
1. Rules and Regulations
1.1 You agree to use JZWSite under all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use JZWSite in any way that causes or may cause damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
1.2 Content on JZWSite is for general information and use. It is subject to change without notice.
1.3 Unauthorised use of JZWSite may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence, and may also result in your access to JZWSite services being blocked or terminated.
1.4 Usage of bots, web scraping tools, or any automated methods to access or collect information from JZWSite is not allowed without our written permission.
1.5 Usage of feedback form, blog, forum, or comment is appreciated. However, they should be respectful and should not contain any malicious links or scripts when posted. Additionally, it should not be abused with unrelated or harmful information and should be provided with real information and feedback.
2. JZWSite Account
2.1 Some of the JZWSite services may require a JZWSite account.
2.2.1 When you are registering a new JZWSite account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You also agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
2.2.2 When you are creating a new JZWSite account, you are required to choose a username that does not violate any trademarks or rights of third parties. We reserve the right to reject or remove any username for any reason determined at our sole discretion.
2.3 By registering an account on JZWSite, you acknowledge and agree to receive communications from us, such as account notifications, newsletters, and updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications.
2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Account Security
3.1 JZWSite offers multi-factor authentication (MFA) options, including email-based one-time passwords and authenticator app (TOTP) verification. Enabling MFA is recommended but optional.
3.2 If you enable TOTP-based MFA, you are responsible for securely storing your backup codes. These codes are your recovery method if you lose access to your authenticator app. JZWSite cannot recover your account if you lose both your authenticator device and your backup codes.
3.3 JZWSite tracks your active sessions, including the IP address and device information associated with each session. You may view and terminate your active sessions through your account settings.
4. Connected Applications and Developer Services
4.1 Authorising Connected Applications
4.1.1 JZWSite supports OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, which allows third-party applications to request access to certain information associated with your JZWSite account (such as your username, email address, and roles).
4.1.2 You will be shown the specific permissions (scopes) that an application is requesting before you grant access. By authorising a connected application, you consent to sharing the requested information with that application.
4.1.3 You may revoke access for any connected application at any time through your account settings.
4.2 Developer Services
4.2.1 Registered JZWSite account users may apply to create services that integrate with JZWSite through the OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect system. Services are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
4.2.2 As a developer, you are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your API keys and secret keys. You must not share or expose them publicly.
- Handling any user data obtained through the OAuth system responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensuring your service does not misuse or exceed the permissions granted by users.
- Complying with the rate limits imposed on API endpoints.
4.2.3 We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate any developer service at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we determine that it violates these terms or poses a risk to JZWSite or its users.
4.2.4 API keys and secret keys may be reset at our discretion if we suspect misuse or compromise.
5. Application Forms
5.1 JZWSite provides application forms that allow users to submit information for various purposes. By submitting an application form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
5.2 Application submissions are reviewed by authorised administrators. Submissions may also be reviewed with the assistance of AI tools to provide preliminary feedback. Final decisions remain subject to human review.
5.3 Files uploaded through application forms must comply with the accepted file types and size limits specified on the form. You must not upload files that contain malicious content, violate copyright, or are otherwise unlawful.
5.4 Application form administrators may configure webhooks that send submission data to external services (such as Discord, Telegram, or custom endpoints) for notification purposes. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that your submission data may be transmitted to these external services as configured by the form administrator.
5.5 We reserve the right to reject, close, or withdraw any application at our discretion.
6. Other JZWSite Services
6.1 Other JZWSite services such as tools, utilities, and features labelled as "prototypes" or "beta" may be offered to eligible registered JZWSite account users. Acceptable use policy may apply to these services.
6.2 Services offered as "prototypes" or "beta" may contain risks such as unexpected shutdown or loss of data as they are experimental. JZWSite shall not be responsible for any liabilities incurred from such services.
7. Notifications
7.1 JZWSite may send you notifications through the website regarding your account, applications, or other services. These notifications are part of the service and may not be individually opted out of.
7.2 Email notifications (such as MFA codes, password resets, and application updates) are delivered through third-party email services. By using JZWSite services that require email, you acknowledge that your email address will be processed by these services.
8. Termination
8.1 We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms of service. Your access to JZWSite or its services will cease with or without warning.
8.2 Accounts that have not been logged in for at least a year will be deemed as "inactive accounts", and may be subject to termination and deletion at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before taking such actions.
8.3 If you wish to terminate and delete your account, you may do so through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your associated data (including sessions, connected applications, and application submissions) will be removed, except where retention is required due to a breach of these terms.
8.4 Please note that any data previously shared with external applications you have connected via OAuth is not under JZWSite's control. You should contact the respective application providers directly regarding the handling of your data.
9. Content Policy
9.1 User-Generated Content
9.1.1 You are solely responsible for the content you post or share on JZWSite. This includes but is not limited to, text, images, videos, and any other material.
9.1.2 Content that is deemed offensive, discriminatory, or harmful is strictly prohibited and will be removed with or without notice and may result in your account being terminated.
9.2 Project Showcasing
9.2.1 If you have a project that you wish to showcase on JZWSite, please ensure that you own the rights to display and share the content.
9.2.2 Projects that are illegal or have malicious intent are not allowed to be showcased on JZWSite.
9.2.3 We reserve the right to remove or request the removal of any project that violates any terms or guidelines.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
Your use of JZWSite is at your own risk. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on JZWSite. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use JZWSite.

11.1 This website and its content are copyright of JZWSite. All rights reserved. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited, except with our written permission.
11.2 Certain content on JZWSite may be owned by the respective content creators. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without the explicit permission of the respective content creators is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Should there be any content on JZWSite have been unrightfully taken from other sites, please visit the feedback form for removal.
12. Our Rights
12.1 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, JZWSite and other associated services with or without notice. We may change these terms from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
12.2 In addition to JZWSite, other services offered under the JZWSite umbrella may be subject to their specific terms and conditions, which will be provided separately under supplementary terms.
