Guidelines on Registering for JZWSite Account

The following guidelines are supplementary terms for registering a JZWSite account. You agree to the terms by signing up for a JZWSite account.

Username
- Choose a username that is unique and does not contain any sensitive or offensive meanings.
- Ensure that your username is under 30 characters and it only contains Latin characters, numbers, and underscores.

Email
- You may choose not to use your actual email while registering for an account.
- However, without a valid email, you will not be able to use features such as password reset, email-based multi-factor authentication, and email notifications (e.g. application updates). We will not be able to assist you in recovering your account in the event that you lose or have issues with your account.
- Do not use another person's email address.
- Should we find out that you have used a valid email that does not belong to you, the account will be immediately deleted without any notice.
- You may choose not to use your actual email while registering for an account.

Password
- Choose a UNIQUE password that has not been used somewhere else before.

Account Security
- JZWSite offers multi-factor authentication (MFA) to help protect your account. You can enable this through your account settings after registration.
- If you enable authenticator app (TOTP) based MFA, make sure to securely store your backup codes. Without them, you may lose access to your account if you lose your authenticator device.

Others
- Do not attempt to impersonate others.
- Take good care and caution for your JZWSite account. Do not share your account or account details with others.

Additional Information
- Your JZWSite account may be deleted if you have gone inactive for over a year.
- Your JZWSite account may be suspended or deleted if you break the terms.
- You may occasionally receive emails from JZWSite regarding product updates, notices, etc.
- If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through your account settings.
