  1. JZWSite Terms of Service and Privacy statement have been updated as of 15 October 2021.

  2. The update includes clarity, improvements in formatting and addressing grammar, typos and other issues.

Changes to Privacy Statement

  1. In the Information JZWSite collects section:

    • A summarised box on the Information JZWSite collects has been added.
    • A paragraph on why information is collected and how it will be used has been added.
    • A paragraph on information may be retained if JZWSite suspects that there was a breach in the TOS has been added.

  2. Better clarifications in the Third-party Websites section.

  3. An additional section named “Cookies” has been added.

Changes to Terms of Service

  1. In the Rules And Restrictions Section, an additional point (point 5) has been added and the consequences of breaching the Rules And Restrictions have been added.

  2. An additional section named “JZWSite Account” has been added.

  3. Better clarifications in the Copyright section.
